Chinese Hot &Sour Soup Not Available

I ordered 50 envelopes of Knoor Hot and Sour soup mix at roughly $2.00 per pack. Not only did they not tell me that I could have ordered 48 envelops at $1.00 per package but it took 2 weeks for them to tell me that it was not available. I did get a prompt refund but they had the use of my money for 2 weeks.

There was a minor problem with my order and their Customer Service department alerted me with the information and a solution to the problem. It worked well and I received my amended order with no other problems. Thanks!!
