Rich and Sweet

I purchased this sauce without weaver trying the brand before, but because I was looking for the sauce I was served at out local Indian restaurant. This exceeded my expectations. I served it with samosa and papa, but it was delicious on chicken as well! It's not too sweet, and more rich in flavor and texture than other tamarind sauces I've tried.
