    I placed an online order, ofcourse with online payment. The confirmation email said delivery will be within a week. 10 days after placing order i contacted through email to know what is the status of my order. I didnt receive any response, they didnt give damn to my email query. Then i caught them through online chat which they offer for customer support, on enquiring about my order i was stunned and shocked to hear that 2,3 items of my order are not available, so either i drop them from my order or replace with items they have availiable. Damn, after 11, 12 days of placing order successfully and multiple queries i was simply told we wasted your 12 days because we dont care about customers after they make payment. It was disgusting, I then cancelled the order and placed the same order with other online retailer, and the order was received in 3 days. I just hope that i will receive my payment back.
