Curried Mustard green is a signature dish from the fields of Northern India in punjab. Young sprigs of mustard greens are cooked in a onion & tomato sauce with a distinct ginger flavour for over 3 hours to get the authentic taste of Punjab. Best enjoyed with corn bread (Maki ki roti) or Paratha.

Ingredients: Mustard Leaves, Onion, Spinach, Clarified Butter, Tomato, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Green Chilli, Maize Flour, Salt, Lime, Ginger, Sugar, Coriander Seed, Cumin Seed, Turmeric, Asafoetida, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon
Make a 2cm cut in the side corner of the pouch. Place upright on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for 2 minutes. Remove pouch from microwave holding the unopened side. (Care should be taken when handling the heated product). Stir & serve hot.
Note: Above heating time may vary depending on microwave wattage & may need adjusting.
Take unopened pouch & immerse in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove pouch, snip & serve.
