Chapati is the world''s easiest bread to make and one of the best to eat. A dough is made with flour, salt, and water, then balls of dough are rolled out thin and cooked on a griddle or a skillet. Fine whole wheat flour used to make rotis, puris and parathas. Also known as chapati flour. Low in gluten, atta flour is easier to knead and roll. It may also be used for making certain sweets and snacks like ladoos or mathris.

I use it to add to my white sourdough bread I bake. Makes a nice brown bread. As to the claims of worms some make... Well you have a choice. Do you want to eat Chemically bombed flour or do you want organic flour ? This is clearly organic flour and I will gladly sift flour before using it as the rest of the world does (and which are generally healthier than the preservative and insecticide laiden USA consuming diet). I am on the other hand ";grossed out"; by monsanto engineered wheat, insecticedes, pesticides and preservatives, which gives me rheumatic effects. I get no health problems using organinic flour such as this Laxmi brand. Learn to sift your flour before use if it is organic, and learn to ";gross out"; about the real dangers, such as I mentioned.
