Ingredients: Rice, Urad dhal, Fenugreek

Preparation Method: To 1 cup of idli mix, add 1 1/4 cup of water and a teaspoon full of curd. Mix well to make smooth, lump-free batter. Keep aside for 10-12 hours. Add salt to taste and mix well. Pour the batter in an idlimaker and steam cook till done.
